UI Design for Henderson Club
Introduction
Henderson Club asked for a new revamp for their membership website and new customer loyalty app to enhance their customer experience and engagement. Their target audiences are landlords possess Henderson Land Development Company Ltd.’s properties.
My Role
In this project, my role is the lead UI Designer and Art director, working on ideation, wireframe, design system to end product.
Pain points
The problems of original design are 1) Some parts are using Adobe Flash, 2) Design not on trend, 3) Offers arrangement and details not decent, 4) Lack of a sense of premium, 5) Cannot access to personal e-card and enjoy member privileges on one go.
After gathering insights and recommendations from UX research team, we started to develop wireframes for client to get a new over-all flow of the website and app. We focus on the privileges and offers arrangement, search and tagging system, a new design system, customer’s profile, to answer the client’s needs.
Flow testing and Prototyping
We developed both Low-fidelity prototypes and high-fidelity prototypes for presentations, mainly to show the flow of registration and user journey on offer page.
Design process and Deliverables
The website and initial app revamp launched in 2017 March, were very successful. The revamp attracted TA to re-join the membership system and created positive engagements.
